Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio-Visual Solutions Architect to join our client’s growing Modern Workplace team. As an AV Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing innovative audio-visual solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of audio-visual technologies, collaboration platforms, a strong architectural mindset, and the ability to develop and present comprehensive solutions that integrate seamlessly into diverse environments. This includes keeping up to date with new AVVC technologies, discovering client requirements, aligning requirements with solutions, creating high quality and easy to understand presentations, documenting within a client facing Scope of Works and handing over won opportunities to our delivery team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

  • Create a high quality Pre-sales collateral covering leading edge AV solutions currently in the marketplace

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and objectives.

  • Design end-to-end audio-visual solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.

  • Develop high level architectural plans, schematics, and documentation for further development once project in secured.

    Technical Expertise:

  • Stay current with emerging modern work place and audio-visual technologies following industry trends.

  • Evaluate and select appropriate hardware, software, and infrastructure components for each solution.

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring the successful execution of designs.

    Client Consultation:

  • Engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and goals remotely and on client site.

  • Present and explain proposed solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.

  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to address client inquiries and concerns.

  • Working collaboratively with account managers to produce client proposals, Bill of

    Materials, budgeted estimations & other supporting documentation such as design intend elevations & schematics etc.

    Skills / Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Audio Visual Solution Architect, with a focus on designing complex AV systems.

  • Strong and up to date knowledge of feature sets offered by various vendors

  • Strong knowledge of VC platform architecture (MS Teams & Zoom), integration with

    calendar services and active directory.

  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure topology.

  • In-depth knowledge of audio-visual technologies, including but not limited to video conferencing systems, digital signage, control systems, and audio processing. Example vendors we work with (but not limited to) Samsung, LG, Phillips, Neat, Crestron, Bi-Amp, Polycom, Logitech, Kramer, Lenovo, Yealink.

  • Strong skills with both Windows and Android operating systems, also management software above the OS for room customisation such as QSYS or similar technologies.

  • Strong industry knowledge of modern workplace technology market, specifically within Audio Visual, room booking way finding and desk booking.

  • Strong proficiency in industry-standard design and editing software (e.g., MS office suite, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft and Zoom design qualifications, CTS-D) are highly desirable.

  • Ability to work on multiple of work streams at the same time.
