Country Sales Lead

You will collaborate with major enterprise organizations to promote our client's solutions, facilitating their progress. Your focus will be on solving business problems, applying a consultative sales approach to customize products and services, thereby creating tailored solutions that address customer needs. Your role is pivotal in establishing us as the preferred business partner for our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with multinational businesses headquartered in the BENELUX region.

  • Acquiring new customers for our client.

  • Analysing industry, business, and customer trends to devise strategic plans that drive sales.

  • Cultivating strong relationships with customers at the executive level to comprehend their businesses, markets, and challenges.

  • Collaborating with internal colleagues to devise innovative solutions that assist customers in achieving their goals.

  • Creating mutually beneficial outcomes for both our company and our customers.

  • Showcasing the strength of our offerings and value proposition to ensure customers choose our solutions.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

You are someone who thrives on delving deep to understand the customer's vision, unique situation, and challenges. You enjoy creatively assembling solutions and building robust partnerships. Your communication is engaging and generates customer excitement.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French, Flemish, and English.

  • Experience in selling technology solutions and services to multinational businesses across various countries.

  • Proven track record of acquiring new logo customers and engaging with customers at the executive level.

  • Possession of a valid driving license.

  • Willingness to travel as the role demands.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in winning transformational business.

  • Background in selling network, cloud computing, security, contact centre, or employee experience solutions, and professional services.

  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present new ideas.

  • Proficient in persuasion and negotiation to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
